CONSULTATIONS

MR.T SALON stylists are available for consultation and offer the highest level of professional advice free of charge.

CANCELLATION

We understand that your time is precious, but please understand so is ours.

* 48hrs notice of cancellation is required.

* 50% booking fee will be charged if cancelled less than 48hrs before.

* A “ NO SHOW ” for your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

* MR.T SALON reserves the right to cancel “ NON CONFIRMED ” appointments.

* Please show respect to other clients by arriving on time.

DEPOSITS

A $50 PayPal or Credit Card deposit is required for all bookings. It will be redeemed on the day of the appointment.

ADJUSTMENTS

MR.T SALON offers complimentary adjustment services within the first week after your service. Simply tell us your concerns and we will arrange an appointment for whatever adjustment may be required.

RUNNING LATE

At MR.T SALON we aim to run on time, however we are aware that things can get in the way and both clients or our team can run late. For this reason we offer our guests 20 minutes cut off period from the scheduled appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Available for any service up to any amount.
